Vita-Code does not offer refunds for completed or already initiated services,

as each report is a personalized digital health analysis.

A refund may only be issued if:

• a duplicate payment was made, or

• the service could not be delivered due to a technical error caused by Vita-Code.

In all other cases, the purchase is considered final.
